I started my journey as a clinical pharmacist in Hospital and found my passion in geriatric care where I was able to make a real difference in Medication Management and safe Quality Use of Medicine.

Anne Buxton
Senior Consultant Clinical Pharmacist
I have been an aged care clinical pharmacist for over 25 years granting me an honorary roll in AACP clinical services.
I have worked in the design and review of the quality assurance standards for medication management in aged care facilities (Standard 2.7), worked with sanctioned homes to prepare and manage regulatory compliance and drug utilization data for the accreditation agency as well as assisted many aged care organizations in the development and implementation of their own Medication Management policies.
I have also extended my practical clinical experience to assist the University of Sydney taking on the role of associate lecturer in Therapeutics and Disease State Management, which I enjoy away from aged care.
I love to go for beach walks and enjoy travelling all around NSW.

Sara Naimi
Consultant Clinical Pharmacist
I grew up in south Sydney, and graduated from the University of Sydney in 2010.
I started my career working in community pharmacy specialising in drug dependence and mental health.
I became an accredited consultant 5 years ago, and have loved my aged care exposure with Ezymed.
My favourite part of working as an aged care pharmacist is building relationships with staff, doctors and residents at each facility I visit.
From undertaking medication reviews to medication management audits and training sessions, it is very rewarding seeing my recommendations come to reality and having a positive impact on the residents.
Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, photography and travel.
Sherrie Tadros

I've been a pharmacist for over 10 years, now more specifically I
love being an aged care pharmacist.
My passion in pharmacy stems from my desire to help people with
finding the best medication management solutions to help them achieve the best
and safest outcomes.
I'm always up for a challenge and love to always continue
learning.
At home, I'm a mum of two young kids (5 and 3). We love spending
time as a family together outdoors on weekends at the park, the beach or the
football! They're forever keeping me on my toes and we try to stay healthy and
active whenever we can.

I began my career as a
community pharmacist, working in a pharmacy with a strong focus in servicing
aged care. It is here I developed an understanding of the importance of
collaborative health care in achieving the best health outcomes for patients in
her care.
Since then I have gone on to become an accredited reviewing
pharmacist striving to incorporate a holistic understanding to patient care.
My role in Ezymed is Quality Control Manager incorporating the principles of
good manufacturing practice to maintain standards of excellence in the our iso8 clean room facility where medication are re packaged in dose administration
aids.
I have also completed my Graduate Certificate in Good Manufacturing
Practice to further incorporate the fundamental principle of GMP in the work
place.
